JIGISHA K. PATEL

Jigisha K. Patel is the President and Co-Founder of Ayati which was established in 2014. Jigisha is also a finance professional with a career of nearly 25 years as a corporate credit fixed income analyst and portfolio manager at firms including MetLife, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Her expertise is in insurance asset management with portfolio management of some of the largest insurers in the U.S. and Europe. Jigisha has a B.S. and M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University. She lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with her husband and twin boys.

SNEHA PATEL

Sneha Patel is the Vice-President and Co-Founder of Ayati which was established in 2014. Sneha is also a physical therapist with a career of over 25 years. Her expertise is in home care and geriatric rehab, in which she has spent the last 20 years with agencies in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is currently with Trinity Health. Sneha has a transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from AT Still University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Boston University. She lives in Ringoes, NJ with her husband and 3 children.

SIMA DeSAI

Sima Desai is Secretary and Co-Founder of Ayati which was established in 2014. Sima is a Senior Director at Sanofi with a career of nearly 25 years as a Global Regulatory Affairs professional at various pharmaceutical companies in the NJ area spanning many therapeutic areas including Consumer Healthcare. Sima has a B.S. in Pharmacy from Rutgers University, College of Pharmacy and is a registered Pharmacist in the state of NJ. She lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with her husband and 4 children.

SNEHA DESAI

Sneha Desai is a Co-Founder and treasurer of Ayati since 2014. She is also an attorney, and works for Stryker as its Chief Legal Counsel, Global Litigation & Employment. In that role, she will lead Stryker’s global legal teams in the areas of litigation, employment and investigations and will be responsible for developing litigation strategy in collaboration with business and functional leaders globally. She will also be a member of the global Legal & Compliance department executive leadership team. Sneha is also on the Board of Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, a nonprofit based in Newark, NJ whose mission is to ensure access to justice for people experiencing poverty.  Sneha lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with her husband Anand, son Nikhil, daughter Kaya and rescue dog Daisy.
